What does a positive result on a cardiac stress test.?

My mom had 5 bypes put in her heart a few months ago and the bone dident heal so they were going to go in and remove scar tissue and brace it better but they had to do a stress test to make sure it was safe. They did the radioactive die test. and the result was positive. what does that mean.
