Sana Security; I don*t want it!! Cannot get rid of it.?

Every time I turn on my computer Sana Security pops up telling me to buy it; I have tried everything to get rid of the icon . . I have a virus protector I am happy with and want this off my desktop and my computer. Please help. Make it simple; amy sort of computer illiterate.
