Help with a skin care paradox (dry skin vs. acne!)?

I have VERY dry skin. However, if I moisturize (even with non-comedogenic, oil-free products) my skin breaks out. So I either have to put up with zits or skin so dry it actually gets flakey. I have used Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel, and a few different Yves Rocher products. Any suggestions?
