I am planning on getting out of Navy DEP. Will I have a problem getting into the Army National Guard?

Hello. I am in the process of leaving Navy Dep. The reason is that I was not able to get the MOS that I wanted and my recruiter told me that once I am in if it became available I could take it right away. The only part he left out was that I have to wait 2 years. Once I found that out I was pissed at him because I am giving 4 maybe 6 years to the Navy and believe me I am happy to do it but I want to make sure I spend that time doing what I want to do and I do not like being tricked into something. So for that I decided to leave Nave DEP. I am planning on going to the Army National Guard as a Military police (MP). Does anyone think I will have a problem getting in?
