Taking care of hair after using hair products and how to comb it like zac?

hey was just wondering that i use hair gels and hairspray almost daily..so how should i take care of my hair so it stays good and don't suffer from hair fall and damage lolzzzz ...how do the actors do..i am sure they use these daily..and well my hair is thin and straight and so have to use these or it keeps on flying..one more question is that how do these actors like zac efron and all comb their hair that it looks so neat..(i am not talking about his messy look..like the one in hsm3 and 17 again) caz when i do it it gives me a very decent and geeky look..but i have a good hair cut like zac...and also its not that i look bad cause i get complements...lolzz
