Is this a good story idea to you?

A story of an innocent, young girl named Dorothy Moore, who is living on a train during the 1960's ,due to her fathers job as the Conductor. She isn't the only one on this train though, other pengers board too. As she grows up, she meets five people that teach her five important virtues in life. The boy, the nun, the rock 'n roll singer, the hippie protester, and the pionate writer. As she's exposed to the real world it takes away her childhood innocence.
