WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD OBAMA SHUT DOWN GITMO?

In case you aren't fully informed, I will give a little background. Gitmo (Guantanamo Bay detention camp) is a prison in Cuba for terrorists... Well, a man who was in Al-Qaeda and the mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks named Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has been there since 2003. Obama signed a paper at the beginning of the year to shut down Gitmo. And you know what he's going to do with all the terrorists who could care less how many people they kill and if they die or not? Some of them, he will just let roam free. Yep. And others, they will be placed in normal jail, so all of the poor people who maybe only committed a small crime would be stuck with m murderers. And not normal prisons in other countries, prisons in AMERICA. And people think it's terrible that our government is giving him waterboarding. The man killed 2,993 people in this one attack (there were many more he was involved in) and yet, these people are blaming our government for torturing him. He deserves to be tortured and die. He doesn't deserve any special treatment. He's a terrorist, for Christ's sake... But yet, he will either be simply let loose or in an American prison. Well I would surely like him to be burned alive so he can go through what he put all of those poor and innocent people through.
