I'm having mom trouble, weight problem HELP?
Well maybe just sit her down one on one and tell her that your concerned for her and you know that she wants to lose weight. Maybe ask her if she wants to go with you to do some exercising, so that way you both can do it together. Maybe you could both make dinner together and only cook healthy food that tastes good, that way she'll eat it cause its more appealing to her. Also try to go on walks maybe try 2 times a day one in the morning and one at night for at least a half and hour to an hour. Then maybe try 3 times a day one in the morning, afternoon and at night. I knew this person that did that and they weren't motivated at all, but he started walking and eating right and that's all he did and he lost 160 lbs, you couldn't even tell he was ever fat. Maybe try to post some pictures up on a wall to get her motivated even more. Set a goal and put it somewhere where she can see it everyday. Another thing that I've heard people do is they put a sheet up where there scale is and they put how much they weigh on it and when they start to exercise they put there new weight up under the first one. And the more they do that the more they'll see the pounds come off and the more they'll wanna keep doing it. But i would definitely keep pushing her cause i'm guessing that's what she wants from you. And the more you do push her the more likely she'll wanna do it. I really hope that I can help and hopefully some of my tips will work. Good luck and have fun:)
