I have a 2007 Camry, with XM, when/how can I get Sirius in it?

It has stock XM receiver, with this merge I should be able to pick up both (or the one total). I need to know what I can do, if I should return the converter I bought but not installed yet (literally bought it the day before announced a merge), will it cost alot? Any info is apreciated.
